Remove from the vehicle all items that are not trash. If we find anything that is clearly not trash, we will place it in a bag and leave it in your vehicle. We are not responsible for lost items.

“I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment,
is that possible?”

Yes! Appointments can be adjusted on the website up to 24 hours before the appointment. If within that 24 hour timeframe, call or text to let us know.

“I think there’s new damage on my vehicle
and I think it happened during my appointment,
what DO I DO?”

All vehicles are photographed before + after we work on your vehicle to answer any question of where + when damage occurred. In the rare event that a vehicle is damaged by Detailing LLC, we are fully insured and will absolutely do everything in our power to fix any damage that we are solely responsible for.

what now?”

This is another rarely asked question. It’s important to us that you feel completely satisfied with our service. If you feel like something was overlooked, please email us and we can stop back out to address the issue or add it to our customer notes and be sure to address it on the next visit!

What’s the difference between an automatic tunnel wash, a touchless wash and a professional hand wash? What’s best?

Professional hand wash - Gentle wash that utilizes a safe psi pressure washer to blast away grit and grime, apply chemicals minimally, and contact wash with appropriate care to not further mar the paint.

Automatic tunnel wash - while they no longer hold onto the dirt from the previous clientele, they do contact your vehicle with a significant amount of force. These cause medium scratches scratches, leaving your vehicle swirled, hazy and stripped protective coatings.

Touchless Car Wash - these use harsh chemicals across your entire vehicle to remove the grime and grit. You’ll notice a chalky feeling and hazy headlights after a while of visiting touchless washes as the vehicle is oxidizing.
